  1. Preheat over to 350° F.
  2. Mix artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayo, goat cheese and fresh parmesan cheese in small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle red pepper and parmesan cheese over top.
  4. Bake until heated through - about 30 minutes. Good served with sourdough bread, pumpernickel bread or crackers.
