Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In food processor finely chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. Combine with the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs.
  4. Pulse until chopped and mixed. Spoon the mixture into a coated 1 quart casserole.
  5. Top with the bread crumbs. Bake until golden and bubbly, for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with pita crisps.
  7. Servings: 10
