  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Put onion on bottom of covered roaster. Season meat with salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion soup and stewed tomatoes on meat. Add water. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Remove meat and pour gravy into food processor. Slice thin and pour gravy over meat. Reheats well.
