  1. Line baking or Pyrex dish with heavy duty foil. Lay brisket on foil. Cover with Heinz Chili Sauce and .
  2. Cover brisket tightly all around with the foil. This is important! Bake at 350° F for 2 1/2 hours for 3 pounds, 3 hours for 4 pounds, etc. Bake day before, if possible. Let stand 1/2 hour before carving.
