Biscuits Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk biscuit baking mix

Honey Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F - 205*C). Grease muffin tin; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar; stir in the butter and beer, mixing well.
  3. Fill muffin cups about three-fourths full.
  4. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm.
  5. Honey Butter, combine the butter and honey together, mixing well.
  6. Makes: about 10 biscuits
