  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Gradually add eggs, milk, and diced processed cheese spread; mix well. Stir in ham, potatoes and half of French fried onion rings. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set Top with the remaining french-fried onion rings and continue baking for 5 minutes, or until the onions are lightly browned.
