- In medium saucepan, heat salt, celery and mustard seed, vinegar and red pepper sauce. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in corn.
- Drain 1 can of corn, add other can without draining. Cool and refrigerate several days so flavor will blend.
