  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Brush each flatbread with a ½ tablespoon olive oil
  3. Spread pesto evenly across the flatbreads
  4. Spread pulled chicken evenly across the flatbreads
  5. Spread onions, olives, and tomatoes evenly across the top of the pulled chicken
  6. Top with shredded Mozzarella and Feta cheeses
  7. Place in oven and cook 10-12 minutes
  8. Remove and cut into wedges or 1″ slices
