  1. Heat sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in top of double-boiler until chocolate is melted.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and nuts. Pour into a greased pan and place in the refrigerator until firm. The pan should be approximately 16 x 8 inches and 2 inches deep.
  3. Cut into small squares, about 2 inches in size.
  4. Makes 32 pieces
