This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. Many of these recipes have been passed down from family member to family member and then shared with friends and then, with When it comes to recipes, the real secret is that all of our recipes always have been, and always will be free!

  1. Cut each chicken breast into small bite-size pieces.
  2. Combine yogurt, curry, lemon juice and salt. Mix, and marinate the chicken in about three quarters of this mixture for one hour or longer. Save the other one quarter of the marinade for basting the chicken as it cooks. A health note here: DO NOT use the same marinade in which you marinate the chicken for basting.
  3. Thread chicken on skewers, with onions and tomatoes in between every two or so chicken pieces. Grill over charcoal or in oven broiler, turning until chicken is cooked (about 10 minutes) and basting with marinade. Garnish with melon slices or grapes.
  4. Makes 4
