- Mix the Amaretto, 1/2 cup of the Asti Spumante or wine, the sugar and the lemon juice in a large serving bowl. Add the fruit, and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Immediately before serving, pour the remaining 1/2 cup of the Asti Spumante over the fruit, and toss again.
