Crust Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers


  1. Mix about 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers and 1/2 pound butter until it forms a paste. Press into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.

    Filling Ingredients:

    • 2 lbs cream cheese


  1. Mix at slow speed (approximately 8 minutes) until thickened. Pour over crust. Bake at 325° F for 1 hour.
  2. NOTE: Vanilla-sugar is a German ingredient and is optional if you can't find it.
