Vortex Bar & Grill Double Coronary Burger

Double Coronary Burger


  • 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 leafs of lettuce
  • 2 slices onion, 1/4 thick
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 5 strips of bacon
  • 2 fried eggs
  • Grilled sourdough


Combine first five ingredients until well blended. Shape into one very large pattie, leaving an indention in the center of each burger. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until done.

Meanwhile, fry bacon in in pan. Once bacon is cooked, quick fry eggs in hot bacon grease. When eggs are finished, quick fry both sides of sourdough bread.

Add cheese to bread, add burger patty, add another slice of cheese, eggs, add final slice of cheese, add bacon and remaining garnish.
