  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add chicken, mushrooms and leeks; sauté until leeks have softened. Deglaze pan with wine. Add chicken stock and heavy cream; reduce to thicken the sauce. Toss pasta with sauce. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
