4 B's Restaurant-style Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 cup Milk

Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Heat milk, add to tomato mixture just before serving.

Makes 1 1/2 quarts
