Foreman Grill Marinades

Zesty Fat Free Marinade Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp white wine
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in order listed and marinate fish or chicken.

Garlic-Wine Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp dried
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in order listed and use for beef or chicken.

Rosemary-Thyme Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in order listed. This marinade is good on chicken.

Ginger-Soya Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in order listed and goes well with beef or chicken.

Makes 6 to 8
