Green Mill Brewing Company Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 lbs frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed tightly to drain off all liquid, and chopped
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (1.4 oz.) package Knorr vegetable soup mix

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before using.

Serve with torn bread chunks or tortilla chips.
