Grey Moss Inn Olive Twists
- 6 slices good quality sandwich bread
- 4 oz (1 stick) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup chopped pimento-stuffed salad olives, well drained
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Trim crusts off three sides of each slice of bread. Brush bread slices with melted butter. Place about 2 tablespoons chopped olives in the center of each slice of bread. Roll each slice with the crust side in and secure with a toothpick. Brush with more melted butter. Place twists on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 5-6 minutes, or until bread is crisp and golden brown.Makes 6 Source:
