Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 3/4 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 can (8.5 oz.) petite peas
  • 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
