  • Parsley


  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot Cover with cold water. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove foam that rises to the top.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Remove meat and scrape off faTbsp Slice meat in 1/4 inch slices. Top with sauce and bake in 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
