Directions:

  1. Marinate a brisket in a mixture of cider vinegar, red wine, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic salt overnight. Turn occasionally.
  2. Place in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the top.
  3. Bake, covered, at 275° F for 8 hours, or until tender. Slice thinly.
  4. Servings: 8
