Ingredients:

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Cooked bacon (2 slices per burger)
  • Ketchup, Mustard, and Mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Mix ground sirloin, garlic salt, and pepper in larger bowl. Add to mixture 2 tablespoons of butter. Makes 4-inch round patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Coat grill with olive oil and place patties on grill until cooked to desired doneness. Flip only once to achieve perfect grill marks.
  3. For cheeseburgers, 6 slices (1/4 inch thick) sharp Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese, or 6 pieces of Roquefort
  4. Servings: 6
