  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Stir in butter, grits, and seasoned salt. Cook until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth; remove from the heat. Add beaten eggs and paprika.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese before serving.
